      Humboldt Power Facility Running at Half Capacity

      An innovative plant that stores and releases electricity in underground flywheels at the Humboldt Industrial Park in Hazle Township is running at half power and should hit full capacity this summer when construction finishes, a company spokesman said. Eugene Hunt of Beacon Power LLC said the plant eventually will store up to 20 megawatts. Workers who started construction in June 2013 already have it running at 10 megawatts.
