      Alpha Modus Corp, the predictive data analytics company, has appointed Jeff Gates as vice president, global energy services. Gates, a recognized leader in the energy industry, will be responsible for developing the energy storage consulting services network and the strengthening of Alpha Modus’ position within the energy storage industry. Gates brings fifteen years of energy storage expertise to Alpha Modus, including the development of a $44 million dollar, 36 megawatt storage system, at Duke Energy’s Notrees wind farm in Texas. In his new role at Alpha Modus, Gates brings considerable experience gained with Alevo as vice president of sales, Duke Energy as an energy storage specialist and as former chair of the Energy Storage Association (ESA) board of directors. “We are excited to have Jeff on board,” said William Alessi, CEO of Alpha Modus. “We see energy storage as a growing field in need of predictive analytics and Jeff’s knowledge of the industry will accelerate our entry.
