    Energy storage issue highlighted (Re: Stanford study - cost of ownership)

    (Stanford researchers) ... worked out the cost of both building the (storage) technology and maintaining it over a 30-year timescale ... to minimise replacement costs. They derived the “energy stored on investment” for each of the seven technologies to work out how much more energy it could store over its lifetime than it took to build and maintain.
