    PG&E Signs 3 Solar Power Purchase Agreements
    The race to meet the toughest standard in the country for more clean power has intensified in California. Utilities such as PG&E and San Diego Gas & Electric have been busy inking contracts. Pacific Gas and Electric announced three power purchase agreements that collectively will generate 50MW. The three developers are Recurrent Energy, Westlands Solar Farms and Fotowatio Renewable Ventures.
